Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026
1. The service
SMP Pass (smp-pass.com), run by was1max in the United Kingdom ("we"), lets Twitch streamers automatically whitelist their community on a Minecraft Java server. By using it you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Your account
You log in with Twitch. You are responsible for what happens under your account and must follow Twitch's terms and the Minecraft EULA. You must be old enough to hold a Twitch account.
3. Streamers
If you run a page, you decide who is let in, you are responsible for your server and community, and you must use viewers' data only to run your community. Do not use SMP Pass for anything unlawful or to harass people. A streamer can delete their page at any time in the Dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, get around limits or bans, access other people's data, or use bots to abuse wheelspins or sign-ups.
5. Trials and payment
Free trials and sign-ups may be limited, paused or ended at any time. Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, prices and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them first.
6. Suspension and ending
We can suspend or remove an account or page that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You can stop at any time by deleting your data or your page. If a page is paused or suspended, existing whitelist entries are not removed because of it.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep SMP Pass running but provide it "as is", with no guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and whitelist changes depend on your Minecraft server being online. We are not liable for indirect or business losses, or for problems caused by Twitch, Mojang, Microsoft, your server or your hosting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Not affiliated
SMP Pass is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, Mojang, Microsoft or Minecraft.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and we will tell streamers in the Dashboard about significant changes. Continuing to use SMP Pass means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that consumers can use the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
